Novel DUST COLLECTION CABIN

Debris need to be cleaned from all kind of products manually, often with pressurized air. Common dust collection systems are not very efficient as the distance from the part to the suction panels are relatively large.
Promedecon’s novel dust collection cabin increases the air velocity around the part tremendously by recycling air. While this makes sure that all debris are taken down by air flow and gravity, the air velocities around the operator stay with in usual workplace limits. As all the air gets dedusted and doesn't exit the cabin, the recycle isn't an issue. A movable worktable allows easy lifting of parts to and from the worktable.

Neu innovative STAUB-Erfassungkabine

Schmutz und Staub muss von allen Arten von Produkten manuell gereinigt werden, häufig mit Druckluft. Gängige Staubsammelsysteme sind nicht sehr effizient, da der Abstand vom Teil zu der Stauberfassung relativ groß ist.
Die neuartige Stauberfassungskabine (Putzkabine) von Promedecon erhöht die Luftgeschwindigkeit um das Werkstück herum, indem Luft recycelt wird. Während dies sicherstellt, dass alle Rückstände durch Luftstrom und Schwerkraft entfernt werden, bleiben die Luftgeschwindigkeiten um den Bediener untern üblichen Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerten. Da die gesamte Luft entstaubt wird und die Kabine nicht verlässt, ist das Luft-Recycling kein Problem. Ein beweglicher Arbeitstisch ermöglicht das einfache Anheben von Teilen zum und vom Arbeitstisch.
